Events Customer Liaison
30-35 hours a week, permanent contract – flexible hours negotiable

Join Warners Shows, the leading organiser of motorhome, campervan, and leisure events across the UK, as our Events Customer Liaison. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our attendees have a seamless experience – from ticket booking to enjoying our events on site.
About the role
As the Events Customer Liaison, you will:
- Resolve customer ticketing issues promptly and professionally via email and telephone.
- Set up events and manage bookings using the Eventbrite system.
- Reconcile ticketing data to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Support the wider events team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively to enhance the attendee experience at Warners Shows.

- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Events Operations Coordinator
Location: Office-based in Bourne, Lincolnshire, with travel to live event sites across the UK.
The role: We are seeking an organised and dynamic Event Operations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and evaluation of our events. You’ll be part of a dedicated operations team of three and the wider events team of 15. While predominantly office-based between events, the role requires on-site management during live events, overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate logistics such as AV setup, transportation, accommodation, and staff rotas.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to meet all event requirements.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to maximise cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise on site event set-up and ensure smooth operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Manage and support event staff on-site, ensuring clear communication and efficient teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee transportation logistics, including hire cars and work trucks, and maintain stock tracking.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Head of Operations.
Qualifications & skills:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home during events (accommodation and expenses provided).
- Proficiency in using event management tools or systems (e.g. Eventbrite, CRMs) is advantageous.
